Ziel der App "Meine Patientendaten" ist es, durch Dokumentation auf dem Smartphone des Patienten¹ den Ablauf der Corona-Testung zu beschleunigen und die Verlaufsdokumentation zu verbessern, insbesondere bei Risikopatienten.

The aim of the app "My Patient Data" is to speed-up corona testing and to improve patient follow-up, especially for persons at risk, by means of documentation on the patient's smartphone.

Diese App ist bereits im Routine-Einsatz bei folgenden Organisationen:
Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Westfalen-Lippe, Bezirk Münster

Technische Hinweise:
Von technischer Seite wird in der jeweiligen Klinik/ Praxis lediglich ein aktueller 2D-Barcodescanner benötigt, der als deutsche Tastatur eingerichtet wird. Eine spezielle Softwarekonfiguration/Schnittstelle wird NICHT benötigt, der Scanner muss lediglich an den USB-Anschluss des Klinik-/Praxiscomputers angeschlossen werden und ist sofort einsatzbereit. Dieses Verfahren arbeitet mit BELIEBIGER Klinik-/Praxissoftware.

Technical notes:
From a technical point of view, only an up-to-date 2D barcode scanner is required in the respective clinic/practice, which is set up as a keyboard. A special software configuration/interface is NOT required. The scanner has to be connected to a USB port of the clinic/practice computer and is immediately ready for use. This procedure works with ANY clinic/practice software.

Diese App für Corona-Anamnese und Corona-Verlaufsdokumentation wird KOSTEN- und WERBEFREI zur Verfügung gestellt. Die App ist DSGVO-konform und beachtet die ärztliche Schweigepflicht: Die Patientendaten werden nur auf dem jeweiligen Smartphone des Patienten gespeichert und NICHT über das INTERNET übertragen. Der Datentransfer erfolgt stattdessen mit einem Barcode. Mit Einwilligung des Patienten (Patient zeigt sein Smartphone mit App und Barcode vor) kann dieser Barcode in eine Praxis-/Kliniksoftware übertragen werden. KEIN GEO-TRACKING: Eine Ortung des Patienten findet nicht statt.
Zweck der App ist die Dokumentation durch den Patienten selbst. Es handelt sich somit nicht um ein Medizinprodukt im Sinne des Medizinproduktgesetzes. Die App dient der Vereinfachung der Handlungsabläufe in der Versorgung. Die Nutzung dieser App ersetzt keine ärztliche Behandlung und erbringt keine diagnostische Leistung. Eine Haftung für Behandlungsfehler ist daher ausgeschlossen. Wenn Sie sich schwer krank fühlen, nehmen Sie bitte Kontakt mit Ihrem Arzt auf.

This app for corona medical history and corona followup documentation is provided FREE OF CHARGE and WITHOUT ANY ADVERTISING. The app is GDPR-compliant and respects medical confidentiality: Patient data is only stored on the patient's smartphone and NOT transmitted via the Internet. Instead, the data transfer is done with a barcode. With the patient's consent (patient shows his smartphone with app and barcode) this barcode can be transferred to practice/clinic software. NO GEO-TRACKING: No tracking of the patient takes place.
The purpose of the app is the documentation by the patient himself or herself. It is therefore not a medical device according to medical device regulations. The app is intended to simplify documentation procedures in healthcare. The use of this app does not replace medical treatment and does not provide any diagnostic service.
