Verarbeitungszwecke Processing purposes
Die Daten werden zum Zweck der Medizinischen Dokumentation von Ihnen selbst gespeichert und verarbeitet. Diese App dient dazu, Ihre Patientendaten zu speichern und Ihre Daten mit Ihrem Arzt¹ auszutauschen, wenn Sie ihn besuchen. Mit dieser App können Sie Barcodes aus Ihren Daten generieren. Diese Barcodes können vom Computersystem Ihres Arztes gescannt werden. Wenn Ihnen Ihr Arzt einen Barcode zur Verfügung stellt, können Sie diesen mit Ihrer App einscannen und so diese Daten in Ihre App laden. The data is stored and processed by you yourself for the purpose of medical documentation. This app is used to save your patient data and to exchange your data with your doctor² when you visit him. With this app you can generate barcodes from your data. These barcodes can be scanned by your doctor's computer system. If your doctor provides you with a barcode, you can scan it in with your app and load this data into your app.

Andere Anwendungen haben keinen Zugriff auf Ihre Patientendaten - Sie haben die Kontrolle über Ihre Patientendaten. Sie sollten regelmäßig eine Sicherungskopie Ihres Gerätes erstellen. Wenn Ihr Gerät verloren geht oder beschädigt ist, können Sie Ihre Daten auf einem neuen Gerät aus dieser Sicherungskopie wiederherstellen. Alternativ können Sie Ihren Arzt bitten, Ihnen Barcodes mit Ihren Daten aus dem Computersystem des Arztes zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die App benötigt Zugriff auf das Dateisystem Ihres Geräts, um eine Binärdatei mit Ihren Gesundheitsdaten zu erstellen. Die App benötigt Zugriff auf die Kamerafunktion, um Barcodes lesen zu können. Zugriff auf Apple HealthKit bzw. Google Fit ist erforderlich, wenn Sie Ihre Schrittzahl mit dieser App dokumentieren möchten. Der Bluetooth-Zugriff (der auch den Zugriff auf Ihren Standort beinhaltet) ist erforderlich, wenn Sie auf Sensorgeräte, wie z.B. bestimmte Blutdruckmessgeräte oder Waagen, zugreifen möchten, die aus der Anwendung gelesen werden sollen. Wenn Sie diese Funktionalität nicht benötigen, können Sie den Bluetooth-Zugang deaktivieren.
